We provide you with the swimming programme; you go to the pool and complete it at your own leisure.

We can create a specific training plan for you according to your individual ability and goals that will include test sets to monitor progress and fortnightly check-in.

Alternatively you can select one of our generic 4, 8, 12 or 16 week programs.
